IT IS ESTIMATED THAT IN MY COUNTRY 19 KIDS A RAPED EVERY DAY.

                 This behavior is mostly done by men for women it is few times that you can hear a female rape a male. with in this year in my country it is estimate that every single day 19 kids a raped  and these a those case which a reported they are those which ain't reported because the  rapper is one of a familly member for instance auncle rapping his niece. So kind of these case a solved with familly elders instead of a law to play it's part.
           give us your opinion what should be the punishment for the rapers? concider both two side as in the punishment should work to both to sides.
